Beautiful Sophia - this would have taken you ages to complete! D Kanon.
Hi - Thank you :-) They do take a long time - but it's very relaxing - almost meditative S
These are so interesting! And I love your watercolours on your other site. Just beautiful! The two styles stir completely different emotions in me. I look forward to following you. Thank you for the comment to mine! - Kay (Kathleen)
Hi Sophia,
Found you thru Tony Moffitt's feature of your work. Really beautiful and unique! It has the elegance of finely beaded fabric. Love the texture in all of your work. You have a new fan!
Hi Kathleen, Thanks so much for your lovely comments - I'm looking forward to exploring watercolours more :-)
Hi Gwen - thanks for your support and praise! Love the way you describe my art :-)
This is wonderful Sophia! Are the dots raised? This painting looks like it might be fun to run your fingers over as well as a good painting to meditate with.
Katherine - yes the dots do end up being raised and it has an almost braille like feel when you run your hands over it :-) Thanks for your lovely comments and taking time to look at my art.
Hi Sophia, thanks for the lovely comment you left on my blog, I really like your style of painting, I think of fabric when I look at it, it would make great fashion material. :)
